What is electrosmog?

Electrosmog, also known as non-ionizing radiation or electro-magnetic fields (EMF), is a type of human-made pollution that you can't see or smell. However, it does have harmful effects on the cells in your body.

Today, 7.3 billion people on this planet have their mobile phones on. Wireless equipment like mobile towers, Wi-Fi, tabs and laptops emit electrosmog, which surrounds us completely.

As David Carpenter of Albany School of Public Health in the United States mentioned in The Lancet from December 1, 2018, electromagnetic radiation has been constantly increasing and is now a greater threat than ever before.

Many telecom giants, like AT&T, Verizon, and T-Mobile have come out to say that electrosmog is a pollutant. They have also claimed that they are not held responsible for any damages caused by said electrosmog from wireless devices in print.

The following are not covered by the policy:

1) Losses caused by or resulting from the discharge, dispersal, seepage, migration, release, or escape of pollutants.

2) 'Pollutants' refers to any irritating or contaminating solid, gas, or thermal substance, including but not limited to smoke, vapor, soot, fumes Chemical waste products that result from human activity and artificially produced electromagnetic fields fall under this definition as well.

The world’s largest reinsurance companies, such as Lloyds of London and Swiss Re, have refused to provide coverage for mobile phones, mobile towers, Wi-Fi systems, laptops and other wireless equipment.

Electrosmog and Testosterone Deficiency in the UK

There is an extremely high incidence of Electrosmog in the UK. The levels are so high that they are effecting the health of both men and women. In particular, there is a very high incidence of testicular cancer in young men. This is thought to be caused by the Electrosmog damaging the DNA in sperm cells.

There is also a rise in the number of young men who are suffering from Testosterone deficiency. This is also thought to be caused by the Electrosmog, as it disrupts the production of testosterone in the body.

In September 2018, The UK's National Health Service (NHS) released a report that said that they were seeing a "worrying" trend of young men presenting with low testosterone levels. They also said that the problem was "likely to be linked" to mobile phone use.

In October 2018, The UK's Independent Advisory Group on Non-ionizing Radiation (IAGNIR) released a report that said that there was "sufficient evidence" to suggest that EMF exposure was linked to a number of health problems, including cancer.

The IAGNIR report also said that there was "sufficient evidence" to suggest that EMF exposure was linked to a number of other health problems, including:

- Autism

- ADHD

- Alzheimer's disease

- Dementia

- Parkinson's disease

- Sleep problems

- headaches

The Birds & The Bees

Electrosmog is also thought to be responsible for the decline in the populations of bees, birds and butterflies. This is because it disrupts their navigation systems, causing them to become lost and die.

A recent study found that when bees are exposed to EMF, they produce less of a protein that is essential for their memory and navigation.

Bees aren't the only ones affected by EMF. A study in 2016 found that birds exposed to EMF had significantly lower levels of a protein that is important for their immune system.

Butterflies are also affected by EMF. A study in 2017 found that when butterflies are exposed to EMF, they produce less of a protein that is important for their vision.

These studies suggest that EMF exposure is having a negative effect on the health of bees, birds and butterflies. This is likely to have a knock-on effect on the rest of the ecosystem, as these animals play an important role in pollination and the food chain.

There is a growing body of evidence to suggest that EMF exposure is having a negative effect on our health. However, the telecom industry is downplaying the risks and refusing to take responsibility for the damage that their products are causing.

How Changing Your Diet May Help Protect You From Electrosmog

There are a number of things that you can do to protect yourself from Electrosmog. One of the best things that you can do is to change your diet.

Many foods contain chemicals that can help to protect your body from the harmful effects of EMF. These include:

  • Broccoli
  • Cauliflower
  • Brussels sprouts
  • Kale
  • Spinach
  • Garlic
  • Ginger
  • Turmeric
  • Green tea
  • Salmon
  • Mackerel

These foods contain chemicals that help to neutralize the free radicals that are produced by EMF exposure. Free radicals are harmful molecules that can damage cells and lead to disease.

Antioxidants are also important for protecting your body from EMF exposure. Antioxidants help to neutralize free radicals and protect cells from damage.

Some foods that are high in antioxidants include:

  • Blueberries
  • Raspberries
  • Blackberries
  • Strawberries
  • Oranges
  • Lemons
  • Tomatoes
  • Spinach
  • Nuts
  • Seeds

Changing your diet is one of the best things that you can do to protect yourself from EMF exposure. Eating a diet that is rich in antioxidants will help to neutralize the free radicals that are produced by EMF exposure and protect your cells from damage.

Limiting Exposure to EMF

You should also try to limit your exposure to Electrosmog as much as possible. This means avoiding using mobile phones, laptops and other electronic devices as much as possible.

If you have to use these devices, try to use them for shorter periods of time and keep them as far away from your body as possible.

You should also avoid sleeping with electronics in your bedroom. If you have to use a laptop or tablet in bed, put it on a table or desk so that it is not close to your body.

You should also avoid using Wi-Fi where possible. If you have to use Wi-Fi, try to limit your exposure by turning it off when you're not using it and keeping your devices as far away from the router as possible.

Supplements That May Help:

There are a number of supplements that may help to protect against the effects of EMF exposure. These include:
