Suggested Use:
As a dietary supplement for adults, mix 1 serving (1 scoop) of Kill It pre-workout with 6-8 ounces of water 30 minutes before training, on an empty stomach. Do not exceed the recommended servings. To avoid sleeplessness, do not take within 4 hours of bedtime.
