Return Policy

We value your satisfaction and aim to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Below are the details of our return policy:

Timeframe for Returns

Our return policy is valid for 60 days from the date of purchase. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot process a refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, the item must:

• Be unused and in the same condition as received.
• Be in its original, sealed packaging with any safety seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Opened or partially used products.
• Perishable goods or items marked as final sale.
• Gift cards or promotional items.
• Downloadable products.

Proof of Purchase

A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required to process a return.
Important: Do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. All returns must be sent to the address provided below.

Partial Refunds

Certain situations may qualify for partial refunds:

• Items with damaged outer packaging not due to our error.
• Returns initiated after 60 days but within a reasonable timeframe and approved by our team.

Refund Process

1. Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and notify you via email regarding approval or rejection.
2. If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.

Delayed or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund, please follow these steps:

1. Verify your bank account for recent transactions.
2. Contact your credit card provider, as processing times can vary.
3. Reach out to your bank, as there may be additional processing time.

Sale and Clearance Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale or clearance items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange an item, email us at hello@redsupps.co.uk. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift during purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the return value. A gift certificate will be emailed to you once the return is processed.
If the gift giver had the order sent to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

• Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
• Shipping Insurance: For returns valued over £50, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
