Suggested Use
Take one scoop of RAW Intra-Workout with 350ml-475ml of water during your workout. Due to the high molecular weight and low osmolarity of cyclic dextrins, RAW does recommend you increase your water intake based on your carbohydrate consumption from cycle dextrin in order to easily digest. We recommend 475ml of fluid for every scoop of product.
